Why this Hilton have good reviews I don't know, but my stay was different. Only one but a roach was crawling in the bathroom, fingerprints everywhere around the doors, knobs, and walls. The 1st room we got the toilet barely had any pressure to flush so we had to switch rooms. The new room toilet was doing the same. I left and got a whole new hotel in walking distance at Holiday Inn. The room at Holiday Inn was better than at the Hilton. Bright, airy, lots of lighting.

It was a good stay and located like 5 minutes from the government center, where i needed to go. The only area of improvement was the fitness room, it had very limited equipment for the size of the hotel, Inwas expecting more.

Always stay here when in Gainesville. Very clean, excellent staff. The water pressure on the 5th floor is dismal, but aside from that, everything is very nice at this property.

It’s a little run down but very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. The location of our room was kind of noisy due to the AC units on the roof outside our window.

The rooms need to be updated. The comforters had strings hanging all over them. The bathroom tile needed to be replaced. NO one cleaned our room or brought clean towels. They said we needed to put out a sign if we wanted this but NO sign was found in the room.

We had to have someone turn on shower. Call for more linens. You need to find a way to let guests know about the high charge for breakfast.review

This property was listed for $270 a night. The room is spacious as we booked a suite but there have been no updates and there was visible dirt especially in the bathroom. The bathroom was the most dated with water damage in the ceiling and on the walls. The shower attachment was coming away from the wall and the toilet was slow to flush. Water pressure is nonexistent. It’s ridiculous for hotels to be able to charge such a high nightly rate with no accountability for the condition of the room
