We spent 10 days in this hotel. Everything was great: location, beach, food. But especially great is the service and people. And what is important: the staff does very nice things that they might not do. Tani, Toni, Luca, Fabienne, you are fantastic people. And most importantly, Maria Luisa who made our vacation fantastic. For goodness sake never again!! From the window of our room, which overlooked an emergency staircase, made of iron and very noisy, I saw two large mice hiding in the thicket of reeds and unkempt shrubs adjacent to my room! I didn't say anything to the reception because the following morning we ran away, horrified!! I don't know why the ASL staff doesn't carry out accurate checks in this structure, regarding the regularity of the sewerage system, which in my opinion needs to be completely redone!!

Good evening, my wife and I were guests of the GRAND hotel il nifeo for 4 nights. we took a superior double room with terrace and sea view, the view was wonderful. the rooms were very very dated. air conditioning from the 90s and very noisy, mattresses terrible, you could feel all the springs pinching your body. when I asked for an explanation about it, I was told that the mattresses were new. rude and uncaring staff. on the day of our arrival around 7.00 pm... I went down to the bar to have an aperitif, where to my great surprise there was no staff. When I asked at the reception why there was no one there, I was told that there was no staff as they were busy with a ceremony taking place in the same hotel. Astounded, I went to another facility nearby to have an aperitif. Excellent cuisine as far as half board is concerned. Breakfast without savory products. An experience not to be repeated, I consider that it should be a 4 star... which is worth less. of 3, but they charge like a 5 star. In short, zero attention to the customer.

Il sito del Grand Hotel Il Ninfeo è davvero incantevole. Noi siamo andati per 5 sere. Volevamo goderci la bellezza del posto in pace. Purtroppo per 3 delle 5 serate c'erano feste e matrimoni i corso, quindi musica forte se si stava in spiaggia o in giardino, servizio lento al ristorante. Si vede che il personale ha difficoltà a servire la sala e occuparsi delle feste contemporaneamente. I camerieri e il personale sono tutti molto gentili, quindi non è colpa loro. Bisogna andare quando non ci sono feste o matrimoni, non so sia possibile.
