The b&b is located in a beautiful position with a terrace overlooking the medieval part of Gaeta, just 5/6 minutes walk from everything related to restaurants and clubs and 15/20 minutes walk from the main beach which can be reached by a pleasant walk along the seafront. The b&b has comfortable environments with rooms that are always clean and tidy. Mrs. Anna, the landlady, is smiling and extremely helpful, always ready to accommodate customer requests.

Nestled among the alleys of Gaeta Medioevale, the Santa Lucia B&B is located a few steps from the port. From the terrace where Anna offers her morning delicacies you can enjoy a breathtaking view. The rooms are comfortable, the service excellent. The landlady is friendly, thoughtful and attentive to the needs of her guests.

The B&B is really nice, new, clean. It is located in medieval Gaeta, in a suggestive and silent place. Mrs. Anna is an excellent hostess and prepares delicious desserts. I would definitely stay here again.

Located within the old city, the structure has been finely renovated and the room where I was staying has a window overlooking the gulf. There is also a terrace and a small shared balcony where you can enjoy the view and the sea air. The landlady is very kind and helpful, and lives with her family in another isolated entrance hall from the B&B. On foot you can quickly reach the castle and the port (5 min maximum) and the monuments that are part of the old city. If I were to return to Gaeta I would book here again

B&B situato in zona medievale, ristrutturato a nuovo e ben tenuto. Colazione in terrazza vista mare. Signora apparentemente cordiale. Fine dei pregi. Ora passiamo alla nostra esperienza. Eravamo in due e ci è stata assegnata una stanza in mansarda. La stanza è di fatto un sottotetto, la parte alta circa 2,60 metri, quella bassa dove posizionato il letto non supera 1,30 e occorre fare attenzione a non sbattere la testa. Almeno da noi c’era una piccola finestra (senza vista mare), ma dal vicino invece non c’è finestra in camera, ma solo nel disimpegno del bagno, e da loro pare di stare in un locale di sgombero! Il nostro bagno è esterno, ad uso esclusivo. Per accedere al bagno si passa da un ballatoio interno con vista sul soggiorno, quindi occorre sempre coprirsi. Il WC è sprovvisto di copri-water (la tavoletta) e quindi ci si siede direttamente sulla ceramica. La signora afferma che “un cliente maleducato lo ha rotto e non è stato possibile sostituirlo perché molto particolare”. Peccato che anche i vicini di mansarda abbiano lo stesso problema… Poi però la signora dice che anche nel suo appartamento non ha la tavoletta del WC... insomma mi è sembrato un atteggiamento poco rispettoso nei confronti degli ospiti, per di più on line ormai si trova di tutto. Nel bagno abbiamo trovato solo un bagnoschiuma, niente shampoo o prodotti per capelli e abbiamo dovuto comprarcelo. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e neanche una volta sono passati a riassettare la camera, come invece indicato nel foglietto illustrativo: “il riassetto giornaliero sarà effettuato se si lascia la stanza entro le ore 11”, e noi alle 10 eravamo già in spiaggia. Il parcheggio è a pagamento 15 euro al giorno (5 offerti dalla struttura), ma non sempre si trova, soprattutto nei weekend e a volte si è costretti a fare 2 giri (occorre scendere fino al porticciolo con strada tortuosa e risalire sperando di trovarne uno libero) percorrendo almeno 3 km a giro. A colazione la signora ti fa il cappuccino o caffè a scelta. Sul tavolo invece abbiamo trovato 1 brioches a testa, 4 fettine di anguria e una caraffa di succo di frutta (gusto a scelta della signora). Non esiste nessun buffet e non viene fornita alternativa dolce o salata. Tre giorni e 3 colazioni sempre uguali, anzi, nei primi due giorni brioches vuota e 4 porzioni di nutella, il giorno dopo sempre brioches vuota e solo 2 porzioni di nutella, il terzo giorno niente nutella ma saccottino al cioccolato.
