差評的原因就是早餐和服務太差
整體服務高低不靠，跟講究一點的連鎖如平措康桑和私人經營的民宿比都不行
獅泉河評價最高的酒店早餐如圖，普通房300多，好的房間快500了早餐就吃這？這配置都不如同在獅泉河的某經濟型連鎖酒店
在餐廳詢問工作人員是否有煮麪答沒有，我又問如果沒有煮麪那醬油、陳醋、鹹菜、花生米啥的配白粥喝嗎？答可以。我急眼了當場發飆，然後工作人員和我説高原煮麪慢，如果你要我沒給你煮
我不要了，咱倆吵吵完你又有了，我敢吃嗎？
原本訂了兩個晚上，第二晚上退了
另外，辦入住時前台除了介紹早餐時間之外，房間吸氧怎麼弄沒講，吸氧管我們主動要的，就像開頭提到其他地兒的前台都會主動帶我們到房間介紹一下設施啥的，這兒沒有
回房間收拾的時候經理過來給我們道歉並解釋了一下，道歉我接受了但解釋我不接受
大概意思是最近是淡季，早餐就一人忙乎不僅做還要收拾洗碗，前台招聘來的時間不長總總吧，對此我的理解是酒店業旺季服務跟不上，淡季服務也跟不上反正你們總有理由
人少、培訓不到位那是你們投入的問題，既然賣最貴的價格，那你就得投入，房間硬件看着是個現代酒店的樣子，大堂和餐廳和服務整得像大賓館一樣
ps：還有你們那個破爛洗衣房，洗衣機都爆漿了，洗衣粉弄個桶裝旁邊配個勺我怎麼用？

在獅泉河鎮本來只為了辦边防証过新疆，但由於碰正週末日，只有早上11-12点可辦証而滯留獅泉河鎮；㩗程上見到这間酒店評价很高就选择住了一晚；酒店大堂小姐姐很友善，見我們早到了，就叫清洁部先打掃房間給我們，知我們去新疆，还多次提我們要去辦好边防証，酒店離辦証地点只需5分鐘車程。
房屋干淨清洁、浴室有干濕分離、智能家居系統和馬桶，还有风扇，早歺美味有选择，真心不錯！

房間很臟，枕頭上都是黃的一塊一塊的，氧氣説的到早上9點，6點就停止，要備品也很敷衍，總體體驗很差，根本睡不好

非常好的一家就酒店，智能房型。房間略小，乾濕分離。配備彌撒氧氣，加濕器，電風扇。有洗衣房，餐廳有免費早餐。隔音效果不錯，有停車位和充電樁。要去美麗班公湖，又續住了一晚。
