As a lone female business traveler, I welcome safety, cleanliness and comfort. This hotel offers this in great abundance! The facility sits amid any type of eating establishment a visitor could want. It is one of several new hotels near major interstate thoroughfares. As it turns out, I stayed twice here in one week due to cancelling a reservation at another hotel which was too horrific to mention. You wll not be disappointed in the accommodations. Staff goes out of its way to help. I so appreciate being able to get a room at the last minute for the second stay this week. Travelers, you have a choice of places to stay in the area. It should be here!

My company booked the largest 3 bed room in this hotel for me on a business trip, I took my mother and 3 kids with me as we were traveling on to Florida for the week. Upon check in I was informed that my room was not available but that they could put me in a smaller room for two nights and POSSIBLY move me to an even smaller room on the 3rd day. The room was missing a TV, there was no bedding for the 3rd bed, two of the 4 lights were burned out in the bathroom and they provided 3 towels for 5 people. On the 3rd day They called up at 12 noon and said you have to move we are over booked. Luckily my mom was there and hurriedly moved luggage for 5, the 3 kids and everything we had to a two bed tiny room as I was in meetings all day. As she was leaving the room the maid was waiting in the hall to clean the room. My mom asked her to call down the hall if she had left anything. 20 minutes later my mom realized she had left something important and when she went to retrieve it the maid had just tossed it in the trash. When my mom asked why she was very rude. The pool is as small as a residential pool and only has 5 lounge chairs. The best part of this hotel is the sweet little lady at breakfast every morning. She goes above and beyond and she is amazing.!

stayed there after a kayaking trip in Attalla. Melanie is fantastic! She's a keeper ... and Annaleisha (sorry if I'm spelling that wrong) was very sweet when we checked out. next time we're in Gadsden, we'll stay there again. super comfy bed!!
