Such a well-managed hotel with a friendly and highly professional staff. I stayed for 5 nights to attend a conference (that was held at the Avani) and on the morning of my departure, I woke with a terrible stomach ache and after speaking with my wife, I decided to see a doctor. I called guest services at 6 AM and Night Auditor Nonofo Sefatlho located one that was open 24 hours. On his own initiative, he called the clinic to insure a doctor was on duty and then called for a taxi and gave clear instructions to the driver. The driver also took me to the airport later that morning, and in a rush I neglected to get a receipt from him. I sent an email to Mr. Sefatlho when I returned to my home in Zambia and he kindly was able to get an official receipt from the driver and sent it to me by scan. I greatly appreciate his initiative and professionalism and recommend this hotel for business travelers.
