We suspect that this property does not get many tourists as check-in took a long time. However having said this, the pick up from the airport and return was seamless, our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very quiet. We had dinner at the hotel which was delicious and we got to enjoy our last Savannah on Madame Ramotswe veranda overlooking the markets. A wonderful finale to our trip to Botswana.

The hotel is clean, staff is somewhat civil. you will not get a smile or strike a conversation, very curt. Tv is tiny and has limited channels. Shower head barely worked properly, it was like showering under a garden tap. bed was big and comfortable. bathroom door handle fell off numerous times. No writing pad and pen in room. Cars are parked out in the open. they allowed a landcruiser, supposedly belonging to the owner to park under cover in front of the hotel so awkwardly such that it blocked access to where 4 other cars would have parked. very inconsiderate. There is a night club opposite which blasted music into the ungodly hours.

"If you're looking for a hotel in the city center with excellent service and top-notch amenities, I highly recommend the Cresta President Hotel. The front office staff are friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team is always helpful. The hotel's location makes it easy to access shopping and other attractions, and the overall standard of the hotel is exceptional. I had a great stay there and would definitely return!"

It had been a while since I booked at President Hotel but I did not have any bad experience even from way back but today my only issue was the Wi-Fi connection at fourth floor was very weak I had to wait until after midnight to have a better signal and complete an assignment. Other than that keep up the hospitality as welcoming as it is. God bless
