Cresta Lodge Gaborone

I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is twenty minutes away from the hotel and they provide free shuttle so it’s easy getting there. I loved the service especially the cleanliness of the rooms, and the restaurant. Julius provided professional and exceptional hospitality, I caught a cold due to the Botswana winter weather and he made me the best ginger lemon tea which healed me after a day. I’d definitely come back anytime I’m in Gaborone!

I recently stayed at Cresta Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The overall service was excellent- everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professionally handled. The staff stood out for their warm, friendly attitude. Every interaction, whether at reception or in the restaurant, was met with a smile and a willingness to assist. Their hospitality made the stay more enjoyable. The food was another highlight - delicious and well-prepared. The hotel’s atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed place. I’m looking forward to returning!

Please special attention should be paid to room cleaning and making sure that all room items are replenished.

From the welcoming staff, starting with the shuttle driver, to the reception staff and to the rooms, Cresta Lodge still offers the best value ever. It may be a little bit expensive but you will come out pleased and wanting to stay for more days. The staff are professionals, and nothing was ever in short supply.

Nice place for business travel and leisure and highly recommended in Gaborone. The best 3 star hotel to do business with.
