so what about the hotel capo est......the location is wonderful immersed in the hill of monte san bartolo.....a fairytale view.....large and functional swimming pool....the spacious rooms ....but the cleanliness in general needs to be reviewed....unfrequented rooms and corners not cleaned for days....hand prints inside the elevators never cleaned...in our opinion, for a 4-star hotel there is no manager what do you check.....let's get to the kitchen....you eat well both at breakfast....at lunch and at dinner....the waiters in the dining room are top notch including the maitre......but in our opinion, to be a real 4 star, the quality is lacking.....we have frequented various 4 star hotels around Italy and the quality of the food is superior......in any case for those who want to relax.. ....breathtaking view and good food is recommended......

Luogo incantevole, immerso nel parco naturale di S. Bartolo. Hotel dalla struttura imponente ma con una collocazione mozzafiato, ben attrezzato, cibo buono, camera molto spaziosa con bagno nuovo, balcone con privacy totale, pulizia e ordine ottimi, cibo molto buono, soprattutto il buffet del pranzo, molto abbondante e vario (ma le tovaglie con i buchi non si possono vedere). Piscina grande e ben tenuta. Molti spazi esterni ampi che garantiscono riservatezza e privacy ai clienti. Pecca un po' nella manutenzione del giardino, dell'arredo interno e soprattutto dello spazio fitness. Anche l'accoglienza non è delle più calorose, ma tutto sommato siamo stati bene.

Hotel molto grande, ma tranquillo. Camera e bagno nuovi e spaziosi con terrazza comodissima. Splendida piscina ben tenuta con lettini e ombrelloni. Menù vario con molto pesce e, specialmente a pranzo, grande scelta di verdure. Servizio ai tavoli accurato e gentile. Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità e la velocità a rispondere alle mie domande in fase di prenotazione. Panorama splendido sia dalla camera che dalla sala ristorante. Sicuramente prenotare all'ultimo momento non aiuta... ma la scenta dell'Hotel Capo Est è stata davvero poco azzeccata per me. Ero andato con l'intenzione di passare un weekend lungo in relax con mio figlio, e non è stato così. Buona la colazione, abbastanza varia e completa. Il pranzo a buffet buono (anche se avrebbe dovuto essere servito in piscina, e non lo era). La cena assolutamente scarsa, sia come quantità che qualità. Diciamo da pensione 2/3 stelle al massimo. Animazione che si limita a poco più che la baby dance alla sera. 2 bar, e se è aperto quello in piscina, allora è chiuso quello all'interno. Spiaggia privata senza accesso al mare, bisogna passare all'interno di un altro bagno.. E l'ingresso al mare è comunque scomodo e sassoso (ovviamente in questo non ha colpa l'hotel). Tutta la struttura è stata probabilmente ristrutturata da poco, ma è decisamente datata... Insomma, con gli stessi soldi (ho appena controllato) si faceva una settimana a Sharm, in un ambiente decisamente più confortevole. Peccato.
