We were back after 2 years in Arborina. The place is still very nice. Excellent and spacy rooms, a small but nice pool and spa. Beautifully located in the middle on the vineyards. Not cheap but prices are ok for what you get. You can park your car inside and covered. The breakfast is excellent, lot of choices, partly buffet en partly a la carte. You can also have an easy lunch at the bistro, good food and reasonable priced. So why still 4 stars and not 5? The staff is friendly but not very efficient and sometimes not very competent. Breakfast service is slow and they keep on making mistakes. Reception service is nice, but outside an excellent head of reception, the rest of the staff does not know a lot, bookings for restaurants are complex and if you ask questions about activities they look at you if you ask something very complex. It's not so hard to tell guests where the local markets are on which day, but this is asked too much. Again, not unfriendly but not very competent.

Excellent location to go wine tasting, really nice setting and staff, comfortable rooms with a view. Only flaw is they will cancel your lunch plans if you arrive 15’ late (we had a reservation at 1.45pm and they closed kitchen and restaurant at 2pm as we walked in the gate!)

Modern, clean and beautiful hotel. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. The only item, as we've visited in the winter, is that the breakfast terrace was a little cold, as it's only the glass walls.

What a fantastic place! Beautifully situated in the hills of La Morra. 360 degree views, stunning landscape and gorgeous property. Location is great for access to all of the main villages. Check in process was seamless and very friendly. We were greeted immediately and shown to our wonderful room. The room had all the amenities we needed. We stayed in room 3, which we highly recommend. Corner room on the top floor offering a large balcony in the front with endless views of the vineyards and mountains and a relaxing patio in the back immersed in the vineyard. Large beautiful living space, ample his and hers closet space, spacious bathroom with heated floors, and plenty of amenities (coffee, tea, mini bar, etc). We loved the nightly turn down service and special treats. Breakfast was held in The Lab Bistro, plenty of selection and beautiful views of the morning sun burning the fog off the vines. Parking is very easy in a secure, gated, covered garage. We did not have time to experience the Spa, but the space was lovely and we will for sure enjoy on our return. We can't wait to visit again! Thank you for the warm hospitality and lovely stay.

Amazing! All details was just perfect. Beautiful rooms, so kind people working there! Loved it!! Amazing design and garden area, pool is small but nice and clean! Breakfast was amazing. I can’t use the worm amazing to little, we just loved it so much!

This is perhaps the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was small (we had the smallest room), but had everything we needed. It came with a small kitchenette. We had a small mishap where we couldn't find a closet, but discovered two very spacious ones on our final evening. Oops! The views are gorgeous, amenities were wonderful, and the breakfast & restaurant were delicious. Above all, the service was exceptional. This was simply the best hospitality we've experienced at any hotel ever. The staff was accommodating and friendly. They even sent us away with a bag of water and snacks. I can't recommend this location enough.

The staff are friendly, professional and very happy to help with restaurants or other questions. The rooms are always spotless and very comfortable and the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. The new LAB restaurant which opened for the first time while I was there was excellent.
