This was the worst hotel I have ever been in my life. The staffs were so incompetent and the accountant has no idea on how to check whether a payment with ATM card was successfully completed or not. After I used my ATM card for payment and personally observed the transaction approved on their machine, the clerk at the counter advised she did not know how to verify the transaction due to the lack of the machine not being able to print out a receipt. After 3 days the management still advised they have no way to verify the transaction and they could not reimburse me. After I obtained my proof of the transaction, I made a call to the hotel and the receptionist hanged up on me. I later obtained my refund after sending my cousin who lives in the are to the hotel. The hotel also had no good running water which was the main reason I left the hotel earlier than expected. There was also mosquitoes all over the place and the air in the rooms were not healthy. This hotel need to be fully inspected to remain operational.
