We booked the Glendower for our intimate wedding. Sophie handled the arrangements and was both really organised and mega friendly. She accommodated all my requests and made the day run like clockwork. The team of staff worked so hard to give us the best experience. We wanted for nothing all day and into the evening. It was a thoroughly professional performance from everyone. As for the food, there is a wide range available, from firm favourites to something a little different. Every guest loved what they ate and we all ordered different items. I had a refreshing melon and feta salad to start, followed by a tasty fish dish. My husband had tempura prawns, followed by stroganoff. The drinks were as equally as high quality and I especially loved the Aperol spritz. In the evening it was lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy the lighting, planters and music. The best treat though, was to wake up to the sea view and sit watching the world go by in the big bay window. We got a beautiful and spacious room, that felt very luxious. Plus the Lancashire breakfast was to die for. I ordered some bonus fruit and yoghurt too. If all this wasn't enough, it was mega reasonable in price! If you want a piece of English seaside luxury, with staff that can't do enough for you at a good price, this place is for you.
