We had a great weekend at the hotel, the service was great as well as everything else, from wellness to food. We will be back for sure in the spring to experience Fuzine during warm season. Recommended!

I went to Fuzine for business trip and spent a day in Bitoraj hotel. The stuff is extremely professional, service was excellent. Since I am a vegan I was very pleased and positively surprised with the menu they have prepared. The food was excellent. I do recommend it for private or business trip.

Short staffed at reception during check in, which took half an hour. The presence of more staff during check out did not improve matters when we had two staff members, unmasked, at the height of the pandemic shouting in our faces for more money. First they tried to double charge. Then they disputed the amount that we had paid. Then they wanted to add on extra charges. Tourist tax fine - but insurance???? Other made up charges? This was nonsense and they were almost as aggressive as the clientele in the bar were in the night before. These people are not hoteliers, they are con artists and they seem to cater for a rather rough element in their village. Do not stay here.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels stimmt nicht überein. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem charmanten Bergdorf, hat schon ein spezielles, ruhiges Urlaubsflair. Nichtsdestotrotz dauert die Fahrt bis nach Rijeka circa 30 Minuten. Die Hotelzimmer sind neu und waren bei Bezug sauber. Dennoch : Nach einem langen Strandtag hatten wir leichten Schmutz im Badezimmer verursacht (Sand etc.), was in der Natur der Sache liegt. Vom Zimmermädchen wurde dieser Schmutz schlichtweg ignoriert und der Badezimmerboden wurde dreckig hinterlassen. Für knapp 160,00 Euro pro Nacht eine Frechheit. Das Frühstück war gut, jedoch wurde dieses nicht schnell genug nachgefüllt, so dass man hin und wieder vor leeren Behältern stand.
