I enjoyed my stay at Atour greatly. There was a warm welcome from the moment I arrived in the form of a welcome smile and a hot cup of tea. The little wheeled-robots that walk around and call themselves 'xaio peng you' are sweet. The thing that matter to me when staying in a hotel is the level of peace and quiet that can be obtained. Levels of both of these were great at this hotel primarily because of the build-quality of the building; no over-hearing the person in the room next door at this hotel. Staff are also non-intrusive and allow you to rest in their quest to keep the hotel clean. I will be using this hotel again when in Fuzhou next. Thanks.

It is recommended that you don't book a room with breakfast. The breakfast for 40 yuan is too perfunctory. There are many breakfast restaurants downstairs, which are much better than theirs. But if they serve breakfast, you can try it. The time is from 7 to 10 o'clock. There is only one bathrobe per room, so you have to call to have them delivered. There is no robot that delivers food. To order takeout or something, you have to go downstairs to get it yourself, which is very inconvenient. The hair dryer is older, not easy to dry hair, and also very noisy. The bathroom only has a large mirror, no makeup mirror, and the light is warm light instead of white light, which is not very easy to use. This is my first time coming to Fuzhou. The hotel is in a great location, just steps away from the three lanes and seven alleys, and there are restaurants downstairs! The handsome guy at the front desk gave me a big room with children. It was not along the street. It was very quiet. The bedding was very clean. I took a shower when I arrived. The towels were all wet. The customer service service gave me two more towels. I asked for it. The bags were also brought to me again. The service attitude was very good. If I have the opportunity to come to Fuzhou, I will stay here again. The handsome guy at the front desk was very patient and gave me many plans for eating and going to museums👍👍👍

This is second time I stayed at this hotel for a month, Very nice location, and all the staff are friendly especially shugui, restaurant at 8th floor have a great selection, my kid love it, will definitely be back.

It was our anniversary and our one stop shop is always the intercontinental. Plus of course celebrate Christmas. Starway is really in an ideal location. Metro and bus stop right at doorstep. Check in and out is fast. Reception staff are nice and helpful. Cleaning ladies are also very helpful. Room is clean. Plenty of eateries around hotel. Most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance of hotel. As our check out was very early around 6.45 am, breakfast was yet to start, reception staff was so nice to give us milk and bun to take with us. Greatly appreciated. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.
