Got an upgrade to junior suite, which was fantastic! Room very spacious and spotless clean. Breakfast with many choices, Asian/Chinese and Western buffet. Located only 2 minutes from metro station Chating (line 1), so very convenient to commute to train station (20 minutes) and old town (8 minutes). Would definitely choose it again for business in Fuzhou👍

Amazing service, amazing location and amazing views. I can't wait to come back when the new hotel is built. However, since the new hotel is being built they do not seem to be spending much on maintaining the existing hotel and it shows. Was a little dirty and a bit dated.

Charming Chinese hotel, thoroughly enjoyed my stay (2 weeks). The staff are polite and friendly, rooms are clean and modernly furnished. Check-in took 1 minute which comes as a welcome change to a foreigner. Miinor quibbles/room for improvement: 1. Employ someone to vacuum the carpets in the rooms and public spaces *daily* 2,. Western breakfast options are not so important to me but they are to some foreigners. My recommendation would be to just offer fresh croissants and *good quality* ground coffee. That would be SO good! The coffee in the canteen tasted over-bitter and cheap. Anyway, on the whole, it's an excellent hotel and i would definitely stay there again

Starway is really in an ideal location. Metro and bus stop right at doorstep. Check in and out is fast. Reception staff are nice and helpful. Cleaning ladies are also very helpful. Room is clean. Plenty of eateries around hotel. Most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance of hotel. As our check out was very early around 6.45 am, breakfast was yet to start, reception staff was so nice to give us milk and bun to take with us. Greatly appreciated. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.
