The breakfast was quite good. 3: Although a hotel is not big, it is very polite to us to enter and exit even the cleaning aunt. 4: I occasionally heard employee training when I was waiting in the lobby. Regarding the importance of customer data security awareness, why do I mention this so much because I had a very terrible experience in the last hotel, which is because I wrote bad reviews and carried out harassment and revenge. 入住最舒適的酒店沒有之一。 過來這邊出差,提前預訂了一間房,備註説 想要朝南的,辦理入住的時候按照我的要求給我安排了,真的很驚喜,我的備註能得到酒店的重視。一進大廳,就感覺很寬敞明亮,辦理入住等待期間,工作人員也是泡了果茶,告訴我都是當天新鮮的,很周到。也很貼心給我兩張房卡,進到房間裏 麪,很乾凈,很寬敞,讓我一天趕路的疲憊都散 去。床墊和枕頭都特別貼合,舒適。第二天的早餐也很美味,麪是阿姨現煮的,還有銀耳湯,以及我最愛的水果。

Great location ! Under 10 mins walk to Food Street , Sanfang Qixiang and Lin Zexu Museum. Nanmendou metro is just across the street. This station connects metro line 1 and 2. Direct to Gushan and to Fuzhou South or East Station. Easy and efficient check-in and check out process. We appreciate the small Xmas bag goodies upon checking out. Just be prepared the room window faces the corridor of other rooms. Pretty useless as there's no privacy at all once the curtain is drawn.

Damn it, this hotel has huge problems with the front desk service. One said that you can get a membership for free if you check in, and another said that you have to pay extra to get a membership even if you check in. One said that you can check out at 2 pm, and another said that you have to be a member to check out before 2 pm. I have never seen such a hotel, and the experience is extremely poor. I suggest that the hotel should do a good job in training and rectifying its customer service.
