The hotel is located on Jasmine Street, and the night view is so charming. This is a good hotel. I originally planned to stay for 3 days, but the noise of cars all night discouraged me on the first night. If you want to stay here, you must choose a room facing the inside.

## Facilities
The room facilities were all new, and the bed sheets and towels felt fresh and clean.
## Cleanliness
The room was immaculately clean.
## Location
The hotel is conveniently located about a 6-7 km taxi ride from the high-speed train station. It's also just about 3 km from popular attractions like Shangxiahang and Sanfang Qixiang, which makes exploring very easy.
## Service
The service was outstanding. The buffet restaurant offered a rotating menu, and both the front desk and room service staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and approachable. They frequently offered bottled water, especially during the hot weather, which was a thoughtful touch. A special mention goes to Miss Tangyuan, who truly made me feel at home and provided a delightful experience.

For this trip, I opted for a traditional Chinese-style guesthouse located right at the entrance of Fuzhou's Shangxiahang Scenic Area. Housed in a charming old building, its overall aesthetic and comfort level were truly impressive. The proprietor was incredibly kind and attentive to every detail.
The guesthouse offers complimentary afternoon tea (two servings of tea, fruits, and small snacks) and a free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) experience, allowing you to freely explore the Shangxiahang Scenic Area dressed in traditional attire. For those who enjoy calligraphy or traditional ink painting, this place is a dream – they provide complimentary brushes, ink, paper, and an inkstone, all set up on a wonderfully large table.
It's worth noting that while most hotels and guesthouses typically have a 2 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out, this one offers an early check-in at 11 AM and a late check-out at 1 PM the next day, provided you inform them a day in advance.
During check-out, I had a brief chat with the owner who was preparing tea. He was so welcoming and accommodating. When I casually mentioned I'd forgotten about breakfast, he said they could provide it anytime, as long as you ask beforehand, not strictly limited to the usual breakfast hours (which are apparently 8-10 AM).
Nearby, you'll find Fuzhou's famous old eateries: 'Erlongbo Yuanxiao,' 'Tongli Rouyan,' and Dadao's 'Yiqiang Niuhua.' On the same street as 'Niuhua,' there's also 'Hao Li Bing' (Oyster Cake). You truly can't go wrong with any of these places; they're all highly recommended! For 'Laohua,' I suggest trying 'Axin.' As for fish balls, it's a matter of personal taste, but you might as well try them at Tongli Rouyan while you're there. 😂
All in all, this guesthouse boasts a fantastic location, both its physical facilities and service quality were outstanding, and there are plenty of delicious food options nearby. Absolutely superb! 👍🏻

My impressions after staying here
Five words: Wai Rui Ting Ba.
1. Hotel location: Old Taijiang Commercial Center, very close to the scenic spot, a commercial street, very lively, takeaway at 2 a.m. arrived in less than 20 minutes.
2. Hotel environment: Walking into the lobby, it is high-end and atmospheric, with 3 elevators, quiet guest rooms, simple decoration without losing the atmosphere, the curtains close automatically when you open the door, and there is music to listen to when you take a shower.
3. Service quality: Warm and polite, thoughtful, every reception detail is full, the front desk lady is very beautiful, the stage name on the badge is nice, and I heard that the boss is a handsome guy, single people can make an appointment.
4. Sanitary quality: The room is messy and clean. I seriously suspect that the sanitation foreman has been a deputy squad leader in the army for ten years and often comes to Fuzhou on business trips. The hotel is very cost-effective and the breakfast is very rich, better than most five-star hotels in Fuzhou. The key is to sleep until ten o'clock and still have food.
5. Facilities and equipment: The facilities are complete, there is a smart toilet with constant temperature, and a disposable toilet mat is provided. The details are full, you can ask the robot to deliver things by calling. They are polite, lively and cute. The pillows and mattress are just the right softness and hardness. When I woke up, my waist was no longer sore and my legs and feet were nimble. I can go up to the fifth floor in one breath. I really dare not write more, or I will be questioned whether I was hired by the boss. I recommend you to experience it for yourself!

Push open the door of the Begonia glass, and the Southeast Asian courtyard will unfold like a scroll painting. Banana leaves sway in the breeze, and bamboo rattan chairs are hidden in the bougainvillea bushes, as if you have instantly traveled to the rainy season in Southeast Asia. This treasure hotel hidden in the Yantai Mountain Scenic Area uses the greenery of the courtyard to weave a quiet barrier in the bustling city.
The surprises in the guest room are even more eye-catching: the jazz music flowing from the Marshall speakers and the soft airflow of the Dyson hair dryer bring the exquisiteness of modern life to the fullest. When the night falls, make a pot of the hotel's best jasmine tea, nestle in the quilt and watch the rain hitting the banana leaves outside the window, and even the air is soaked with the temperature of the old times. Every corner hides a holy place for film production, and more than 30 pieces of collectible vintage furniture, each of which reflects the boss's good taste.
The most rare thing is the enthusiasm and ironing of the butler team, a one-to-one butler group, which promptly meets and solves the needs of guests. There is no need to make a strategy, and the staff will send it to the group for your reference. I was awakened by the birdsong in the morning, and it took only five minutes to walk to the red brick arcade of the former site of the American Consulate. In the evening, I walked through the commercial street to eat a bowl of pot-side porridge. When I came back, I chatted with the housekeeper, as if I had met an old friend I had known for many years.
When the crowds of Yantai Mountain gradually dispersed, it still kept its quiet authenticity. Here, I suddenly understood that the real luxury is to turn poetic dwelling into an everyday life within reach. Next time, I must bring my parents here to live in this Nanyang courtyard where time stops, and listen to them tell stories that are older than me.

The hotel is very cost-effective, and we also gave a free upgrade. There is a big tea table in the room, which is very good! I will choose it again next time! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt that the decoration was very grand and comfortable. The room was very clean, with warm colors. There was a sofa where I could sit and drink tea. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was rich in variety. The main thing was that the female waiter Xiaowen who arranged the check-in in the lobby had a very good attitude. I was very satisfied and patiently introduced us to the nearby places to play, eat and travel, which saved us a lot of trouble. The high floor allows you to see the night view downstairs. There are many snacks downstairs and it is very lively. I also like the taste of oranges very much. I recommend everyone to try it. I will continue to choose to stay in Orange Hotel next time I travel. The experience is great!

Booked an 5 day stay for an Business Trip.
Location of hotel is good. There are a small shopping mall directly downstairs with some restaurants. (including starbucks and Mcdonalds) Most popular tourists and large shopping malls in the area are accessible via an short taxi trip. between 5-15 mins depending where you go.
Overall hotel is very clean.
Now for all the downside, (for reference I'm here during December with weather around 18 degrees during the day and 12-14 degrees during the night), if you like to control your own room temperature for your own comfort, do NOT book this hotel. The problem here is that they have an climate control in the room, however, it does not actually control any room temperature as I had later found out. Each day the hotel was pumping in heating through the centralised air condition. I complained that it was getting far too ”warm” for me and it was getting uncomfortable as the room felt stuffy and was giving me headaches, As there was no windows that you can open, there was no way to get ”fresh air” feeling into the room. It was also affecting my sleep during the night, this was an VERY unpleasant feeling. I tried to speak to the staff about this problem and their simple reply was basically ”nothing we can do” not even an attempt to offer an solution and that the climate control inside the room does NOT in fact control the temperature for the rooms!
Another issue was I switched on the DND (do not disturb button) as I did not needed any room cleaning during the first night of stay, I came back to find room was cleaned and items was moved around. Now admittedly it's nice to come back to an tidied room, however I did not expect anyone to come in even though I switched the DND switch on. On the third day the same thing happen however this time I was inside the room working. Even though the DND button was switched on, staff was still knocking on doors and coming in to check if I needed room cleaning. After I rejected I was receiving calls to confirm I didn't need room cleaning, now all this is probably an good service for other people but for me it was very irritating as it kept interrupting me during an important work conference call.
The final thing that I found to be quite lacking considering this is ”Hilton” was when I checked out, the staff asked if I needed an receipt/invoice for my stay, in which I requested yes, as I needed to put it to office accounts department for reimbursement purposes. They actually told me they could not print out any invoices for my stay. I needed to go and do that myself on Trip, which was fine, I thought I can do that myself, however because I have used room service etc I cannot get this on ”Trip”'s website. It just felt the whole experience was so poor coming from the ”Hilton” group. 100% the worst stay I have had.

LLanLovely hotel and friendly staff. They are equipped to handle foreigners and Wi-Fi is better than we had at other hotels. There was a nice young man who helped us a lot. Shoutout to Lao Zhen! We would definitely stay here again. Just note there is no gym as photographed in the listing. We found it across the street, but it’s nothing like the one in the picture. Enjoy!

GGuest UserThe hotel is easy to find. It is also in a good location. It is close to Shangxiahang. The room is clean and tidy. There are also creative small copywritings next to the sink. The bed is very comfortable. The pillow has a very good resilience. It is very suitable for my cervical spine problem. The service attitude of the front desk lady No. 003 is very good. She is meticulous and thoughtful, which makes people feel like spring breeze. It was just affected by the Hualien earthquake in Taiwan this morning. I was awakened in my sleep. It was just another experience!

AAnonymous UserGood location, next to Dadao subway station. Not far from Shangxiahang, walking distance, but it is not as interesting as Yantai Mountain. Hotel facilities and equipment are old, fortunately air conditioning is good.

GGuest UserMy stay at this hotel left me with mixed feelings, making it hard to rate. I'll break it down into pros and cons.
**The Good:**
The location is excellent, very close to Shangxiahang. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; both the duvet and mattress were soft. The water pressure in the shower and sink was fantastic, making showering and washing clothes a breeze. There are also plenty of dining options, from small eateries to larger restaurants, right downstairs, which was extremely convenient.
**The Bad:**
The hotel appears to be a conversion from an upper floor of a shopping mall. Many rooms either lack windows or only have internal windows, leading to very poor ventilation. I booked an internal window room, but the window was purely decorative. At night, I had to rely solely on the AC and an exhaust fan for air circulation, both of which were quite noisy. Consequently, clothes took two full days to dry. Despite the lack of airflow in both the corridors and my room, mosquitoes were a significant issue. I killed several in one night, and others kept buzzing around. Even with an electric mosquito repellent plugged in, they remained annoyingly active. Drifting in and out of sleep, the constant buzzing of mosquitoes was incredibly irritating.
Having stayed in over ten hotels during my recent 20-day trip, this was by far the most uncomfortable. No other hotel, regardless of its price, gave me such a frustrating experience. However, these issues are primarily due to the hotel's physical structure and not the staff's service. I'm writing this review so that travelers who aren't bothered by these specific shortcomings might still consider this place.
