The room was clean and spacious and very enjoyable to be in for 4 nights. The service in this hotel is commendable and they really go the extra mile. First of all, there were issues with the first two rooms I was assigned. By the second room, I passed a comment “forget it, I’m lazy to request for a new room again” and the concierge staff with me offered to go down and get me another room. I didn’t get his name but I appreciate it and I got to have a comfortable stay thanks to him. The other incident involved my Taobao return package which was divided into two parts and only one package reached the seller. I had already left China by then and was severely limited in trying to resolve the issue myself. I emailed the hotel for assistance, and am very grateful to Wilson Ye from Concierge who spent a few days following up with the platform and courier. Would strongly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again if I ever visit Fuzhou.

We had high expectations before our stay, and afterwards, I couldn't help but feel we definitely made the right choice – my entire family loved it! Facilities: As a newly opened hotel, all the amenities are sparkling new. They offer self-service laundry (washers and dryers), a well-equipped gym, and each room even comes with a capsule coffee machine, which was incredibly convenient! Decor: The hotel's interior design is incredibly chic and stylish. It beautifully transforms from day to night, making you feel like you've stepped into a luxurious lounge. Service: The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly; you can genuinely tell they are dedicated to providing excellent service. A special mention goes to 'Xiao Mi,' who proactively reached out to me before check-in, connected via WeChat to send thoughtful greetings, and even diligently followed up after check-out to get our feedback. This was, without a doubt, the best hotel of my entire trip to Fujian!

Located a short walking distance from Metro Line 1 Shudou station, this hotel has everything needed for a great stay for first timers in Fuzhou (central and safe location with local food options; compact but well designed and furnished rooms with comfortable beds; delicious breakfast buffet with proactive and efficient restaurant staff; and good facilities including laundry room, tea shops and tuina massage centre within the compound). During our stay, we needed urgent help to manage a situation and the staff on duty (小邓) went above and beyond to sort things out and we can’t be more grateful to him and the front desk staff. Thank you again. Would definitely come back again in the future!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very good, basically according to star standards. Environment: Very beautiful, built on the mountain, and beautifully decorated. Yantai Mountain is a new scenic spot in recent years, with many people and many Internet celebrity shops. Service: Very good. I helped upgrade the room. The elderly and children were very comfortable. The hotel staff were also very professional. It’s really a state of blessing. You must come to Yantai Mountain. It’s super beautiful at night.

This is an older hotel, and while its facilities are a bit dated, it has a special charm. It still offers all the amenities you'd expect from a traditional four-star establishment; many items modern hotels have forgone, such as umbrellas, shoehorns, shopping bags, notepads, cotton swabs, and nail files, are thoughtfully provided here. The rooms are neat and clean. Most notably, all hot water in the hotel comes from a natural hot spring, and the hotel even thoughtfully provides disposable bath liners for hygiene, so guests don't have to worry. We checked in at nearly 2 AM and still received a warm welcome from the front desk staff. One minor point for improvement: While breakfast officially ends at 10 AM, by a little past 9 AM, some dishes or pastries were already gone and not refilled. Later guests were left with very limited choices, and there weren't many options to begin with. Also, having only one room key was quite inconvenient. If one guest left for an errand or an early breakfast, it caused problems: either they couldn't get back up to the room, or if the key was taken, the power in the room would cut out, inconveniencing the person still inside.

My stay at this hotel was perfect! The room is absolutely beautiful, same as the hotel's display photos or even better in real life. High cost-effective, wonderful atmosphere and great service. Tons of food options and shops around the hotel all day all night. My room was spotless clean and tidy. Both the bed and the bathroom are spacious. Extra comfy blanket and pillows, I did not wanna leave! Hopefully I can come back again someday. 🙏

The location of the hotel is convenient and close to Sanxiang Qifang. The whole environment of the hotel is very elegant and clean. It is a good place to relax. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. I will stay here again next time I go to Fuzhou.

Firstly, the hotel's location is absolutely prime. It's situated in Wenrufang, nestled within the historic Sanfang Qixiang district. A short stroll along Wenrufang leads directly to the pedestrian street where you'll find the famous 'Love Tree,' making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and photo opportunities. Secondly, I simply must praise the hotel's ambiance. Staying in a traditional Chinese courtyard-style hotel right in Sanfang Qixiang is an experience in itself. The moment you step inside, you're immediately charmed by the central courtyard's koi pond with bonsai and the elegant, book-lined corridors. The service was also incredibly friendly and polite. What truly impressed our entire family were the thoughtful details: the corridors are carpeted with beautiful landscape paintings, and the subtle, warm fragrance of heated tea leaves wafts through, creating a truly delightful atmosphere. My observant child even noticed that the carpet patterns perfectly matched the landscape paintings hanging in our room – a lovely touch! Whether it was luck or if all rooms here boast great views, I stayed in a wonderfully bright room with its own private courtyard. My child absolutely loved it too! It was truly fantastic. This is the first time I've ever written such a detailed review, but I wholeheartedly give it a strong recommendation! The value for money is exceptional, and I simply have to give it a thumbs-up! The room was very comfortable, with really soft pillows and mattress. The service was exceptionally thoughtful; the lady at the front desk was particularly attentive and helpful – a big shout-out to her! Breakfast was also delicious, and they even thoughtfully sent a takeaway box to our room for my friend who hadn't woken up yet.
