When we first arrived the person at the customer service was a bit unprofessional and frazzled because they had asked for a quarantine report from 6 months back which I could not produce. The man then proceeded to argue and say he called us but we did not answer as we were on the plane to fuzhou at that time *facepalm*. However, once we got that sorted out the room was well furnished and of an appropriate size. The location was extremely convenient as we were quite close to the exhibition hall (15 mins) and were also close to places to eat.

Location wise is good, just opposite Fuzhou south railway station. We need to carry luggage up a few stairs to our room, might not be suitable if with lots of luggage. Self check in, owner is friendly and give prompt reply. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. We use the freezer for fishballs and yampaste but need to wipe up the freezer a bit. At night the room might not be so soundproof

The front desk service is very good, the breakfast is good, simple and clean. The room design is simple and elegant with wooden floors. The location is next to Lulei Station, not far from South Station, and not far from Sunshine World Shopping Center. It is convenient for eating. The only drawback is that the soundproofing of the room is not very good and water will overflow from the shower room. However, at this price and with breakfast included, it is really a good commercial hotel. I will come back next time if I have the chance.

Upgraded to a deluxe king-size bed room. The hotel seems to have built a commercial settlement with shops, restaurants and KFC. It takes a few more steps to get to the subway station, but it's not too far to walk. The room has a clean floor, new furniture and bedding, a quiet environment and a wide view.

The boss is very nice. He came to the station to pick us up during a heavy rain, otherwise we would not know the road without an umbrella, and would not know what to do after 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. The rooms are also neat and generous, with a lot of space. Cost-effective. 👍👍
