Friendly services! We were traveling with kids with a long ride and upon arrival the receptionist was very helpful, let us check in early and gave us some water, also offered extended late checkout. Room is clean and high tech switches, if you order for delivery you will encounter the robot doing delivery to your room. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we had so far for a hotel in china. Highly recommended!

My trip with my second child was really great this time, we felt looked after everywhere we went! This hotel is truly baby-friendly! My little one wasn't feeling well on the bullet train that day, so by the afternoon when we arrived at the hotel, I wasn't keen on going out. The front desk lady saw me alone with my child and a lot of luggage, and during check-in, she told me I could leave my bags at the front desk and they would have someone bring them to the room later. That really took a lot of weight off my shoulders! The staff member who delivered the luggage arrived at the room very quickly. My second child was asking to watch TV, and this gentleman even offered to help him find the cartoon he wanted, which was incredibly patient and kind! The housekeeping aunties I met in the room were also very accommodating, actively offering to bring extra hangers. It felt like all the staff I encountered were kind, always gave polite smiles, and even greeted my second child! You could tell he was both happy and a little shy. The staff are great, and the room is clean too.
