Sheraton Hotel is one of my favorite hotels. Let's talk about the hardware first. The lobby is very wide, the room is spacious, the double bed is 1.35 meters, and the bathroom is equipped with double basins, so the whole family is not crowded. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can sleep well all night. The hotel has its own back garden, and there is a path leading directly to the Minjiang Trail. Two of the three days we stayed there held garden weddings, and the beauty of the garden can be seen. In terms of service, the doorman picked up the car in time, and the aunt who cleaned the room was also very enthusiastic. In addition, I would like to give special praise to the front desk girl Xiao Song Beth. First of all, she took the initiative to help us arrange a river view room when we checked in, and we could see the Minjiang River and Gushan Mountain. In addition, knowing that we had two older children in the room, she specially helped us apply for two days of free breakfast for the children. The delicious food and beautiful scenery made our two-day trip in the hotel very pleasant. I will recommend this hotel to my friends next time they come to Fuzhou!

The room was nice, big and clean, the bed was big and comfortable. I don’t know if it’s related to the Chinese New Year, but a fruit plate and a goodie bag were given in the room. It's really a hotel with a lot of heart. The price is very good during the Chinese New Year period. It is very close to the scenic spots, and it is very convenient to go to the three lanes and seven lanes of Yantai Mountain. We are self-driving and parking is very convenient.

We were there a short time, just one night, but the staff were very warm and helpful despite our language barrier. We were taken by that. We booked a suite which was affordable and very large. Thank you!

2024 ended successfully with a trip to Fuzhou. I ate delicious food, saw beautiful scenery, felt the sea breeze, and took beautiful photos [snickering]. I was blessed by the blessed state. I stayed at GreenTree Inn (Fuzhou Lulei Metro Branch). The service was enthusiastic and I was very satisfied. The breakfast was rich and exceeded my expectations. I checked into room C1 2201 at this hotel on May 22, 2025. Overall, my impression was just okay, mainly because the bedding in the room was really poor. Two of the four pillowcases had several large holes in them. I genuinely don't understand how this hotel is managed. Is it that the cleaning staff didn't pay attention, or simply failed to notice such obvious damage? It seems there's always an excuse to deflect blame whenever a problem arises. Regarding the service, I had to call the front desk for a toothbrush. I made the first call at 8:48 AM, then had to call again at 9:44 AM to follow up, but it wasn't delivered until 10:14 AM. I had almost waited until lunchtime! I hope the hotel can improve its service. Last year, during my stay here, I even helped the cleaning staff catch two cockroaches, and that problem wasn't handled properly either. This latest experience has disappointed me yet again. I truly hope they strengthen their hotel management.

Great location on the crossroad to the main street easy to travel by taxi or 2 minuses walk from a metro station. Located in a huge shopping mall cluster. You'll find lots of places to satisfy your shopping needs or food requirements. Good breakfast with a variety of dishes suitable for western and Asian taste. The room is modern and spacious. All you need is in place. The price is fair for what you get. Friendly staff. We took no smoking room for 2 with a single queen bed. Quiet atmosphere. Overall pleasurable experience can easily recommend.

The flowers in the lobby are all fresh flowers, which are carefully arranged. The bed in the room is very comfortable, not soft or hard. I asked the service staff if it is a Simmons brand mattress. It is clean and tidy. The service staff is very enthusiastic and willing to provide various help. I accidentally broke the cup in the room and cut a small hole. The service staff sent disinfectant and Band-Aids, warm greetings, and also replaced another one in time. When checking out, I mentioned whether I had to pay for the broken cup. Not only did I not charge it, but I also asked if we wanted to bring two more bottles of water when I knew we were traveling by car. It is very heartwarming. The breakfast is rich, with Fuzhou-style snacks such as pot edges and flat meat, which taste very good. It is cost-effective and the price is right for May Day. It is a hotel worth staying in and recommending.

Here, I suddenly understood that the real luxury is to turn poetic dwelling into an everyday life within reach.
