The environment is very good, and the price/performance ratio is high. It is more comfortable than a youth hostel at the same price. I have stayed in Fuzhou for a month on a business trip. It is very convenient. I will come again next time if I need it. By the way, it is really suitable for a temporary business trip. I would recommend it to my colleagues who come to Fuzhou for business trips next time. Haha, it saves money.

設施：基礎設施一應俱全，性價比還可以！
衞生：衞生打掃的也乾淨，就是人比較多，抽煙的小夥多了點，煙民不少，晚上會有打呼嚕的，做好心理準備就行，其他的也沒什麼，各自互不打擾，素質可以。
環境：環境方面可以，地理位置優越，離地鐵站不遠，百米處公交站台近，出行方便快捷，上下樓電梯。
服務：店家服務態度也很好，給個贊五星好評。

房間整體乾淨整潔，雖然每個房間都有住幾個人，但是相處都很和睦，也都很有素質，互不打擾。特別是年輕的小哥老闆，人特別好溝通，能做到有忙就幫，有求必應，在這裏住了一個多禮拜。感覺真的挺好，推薦，好評！

國慶期間第二次入住了這家青旅，房間大 住着舒服 性價比超高，同住的都是年輕人 都很有素質。周圍也有飯店 便利店， 出門離地鐵站一分鐘就到了，非常的方便。老闆挺好的 有啥需求，都會幫忙。 超喜歡這家青旅 推薦入住！

訂的四人間，過去住的時候被換成八人間，老闆説，現在人太多了，你要是不住，就出去！喵的，如果我要是能訂到其他酒店，我至於來訂你這垃圾地方嗎？真的無語！服務態度巨差無比，而且，那地方就是一個房子，裏面有幾個房間，一個房間裏擺了好幾張上下床，環境差就不説了，沒有任何洗漱用品，有也不敢用，衞生問題令人擔憂，都不知道是不是有人用過了，甚至連廁所門都是壞的，而且位置也很難找。奉勸大家，真的不要訂這樣的公寓，他評分差是有原因的！

住宿相當撿漏，不介意二手煙，腳臭味和時不時的跳閘，衞生集齊差，房主人還行，不是缺錢或沒房真別住青年旅舍。以上衹評價青年旅舍，不是對這單獨一家有意見

我無法想象這青旅就跟合租房一樣
1、公共區域全是長住的客人的東西，客廳甚至還有外賣垃圾泡麪等
2、廚房給常住的人用的，進來油煙味很重全是她們的東西
3、衹有一個公共浴室，洗手枱全是她們的東西，隨意擺的牙刷就這麼放在這。
老闆挺熱情，但是搞成這樣還不如長租算了別搞什麼青旅了
