房間還算乾淨，硬件太差，晚上十點多進入酒店，整個酒店已經沒有熱水洗澡。期間調換三個房間，均會時不時跳閘現象，耽誤近兩個小時，夜間休息不好。早晨8點半用餐時，食物基本已經吃完，衹剩半鍋稀飯。體驗感極差！可能是入住人數太多導致服務能力跟不上！此此酒店是原預訂酒店無法提供服務攜程官方協調的酒店，兩個酒店相差13公里，且近一半盤山公路，不清楚為什麼調整到這裏。攜程平台和酒店都是差評！

就位置可以，就在嘉湖停車場那，但是隔音很差，一晚上外面的説話走路聲音都聽的清清楚楚，全家人一直到凌晨一點後都安靜了才睡着，沒睡好感覺很糟糕，酒店房間也不大，設施一般吧，早餐也很簡陋就稀飯配菜，説實話服務配不上價格
