地理位置很方便，就在上下杭景區內，因為景區是步行街區，所以打車到達後需要自己步行5分鐘左右。旅館懷舊風格，而且隔壁就是片仔癀博物館，可以順道一起參觀瞭解一下歷史。房間佈局很好，最喜歡的一點是進門後，有走廊把洗漱區、睡眠區進行間隔。雖然臨街，但一點也不吵，走幾步在樓下用餐很方便，建議從肯德基那邊街區進店比較好，距離旅館100米左右而已。

從地鐵達道站過來大約10分鐘，在上下杭景區內，老宅改建的民宿，旺中帶靜，乾淨衞生，附近都有福州地道的小吃，極力推薦。

這家在上下杭步行街裏的民宿，非常滿意。因為在步行街裏面，早晚非常安靜，周邊也有好多吃的，雖然需要步行出去在路口打車，但還是很方便的。

設施齊全，管家很貼心認真，位置在上下杭內出門逛吃很方便，晚上很安靜，性價比很高。停車自費可以包夜很合理，離江邊和基督堂很近，適合飯後散步。

位置就在上下杭景區裏，距離達道不遠但是也有點距離。
一路過來有不少福州特色的好吃的。
晚上很安靜，酒店各項措施也很完善。

酒店優勢是在景區內同時也安靜。缺點是人員服務一般，沒積極性，房間內沐浴露已經用完了，特地把空罐子拿出來放桌上。出門時還和前台説了，結果晚上回來沐浴露還是沒有補充。房間裏是沒有點電話的，所以也懶得再聯繫前台了。
