房間大整體看還可以，不能看細節。床單很白很乾凈，沙發上有污漬，桌面牀頭櫃自己動手都擦了一遍。屋裡空氣不好，下水道反味特別重，薰的人難受，幾次開門通風還是不行，自己動手把幾個下水道口堵了一下，稍好一些。沒有瓶裝水和一次性馬桶墊。空調沒有暖風，一月份的天氣屋裡特別冷，衹能穿着棉襖棉褲睡覺，湊合了一晚。

在按照軟件上的地址找到房間後，打電話説是房間還沒打掃好衞生，給我們另安排一間，但是已經下午快四點了，軟件顯示下午兩點後可以入住，為什麼衞生還沒有做好？大夏天的我們又找了20分鐘，而且另外安排的房間是兩間房，隔壁還能住其他旅客，隔音效果也不好，前前後後總共找了一個小時，。廁所的地漏完全堵塞，洗澡的時候水會漫到腳上，體驗感很差！

離福州南站很近，就在對面，非常方便，周圍配套齊全，樓下有大超市，步行幾分鐘就到地鐵，老闆服務很周到，有問題可以隨時諮詢老闆，還給我免費升級帶有投影儀的房間
