兩室一廳，有一個連客廳和卧室的一個陽台，很乾凈，這是給我最深的印象，包括衞生間下水道都沒有任何味道，可能是新的小區，我們是年二十八過來的，在這過的年，所以考慮是否有燒的地方，但是有廚房，有冰箱，沒有碗筷和電磁爐，這是有
點欠缺的地方，好歹住的地方離很大的永輝超市很近，還有一個海鮮時間，旁邊有一個海鮮加工的餐廳，我們定了年夜飯，300一位，可以推薦去，真的很划算，吃不完，老闆給了我們一個爐子和鍋，帶回去第二天吃，這樣我們年初一的餐也解決了，晚上有投影，一家人看看春晚，看看各家十二點的狂歡煙花，真的是很好的體驗，我們住的位置離福道的五號和七號口都比較近，雖然不是鬧市區域，但坐公交車很方便，還免費的，這點給福州政府上大分，希望有機會再往莆田漳州泉州轉轉

整體房間燈光太暗，電視機也很小，電視機遙控器也🈚，有一段時間WiFi連接不上，佈置的也很簡陋，沙發沒有，正經的牀頭櫃也沒有，實物和圖片不符 並沒有很温馨

一進門走到陽台就看到曬滿東西 這點讓人感覺不是很好 原本想在搖椅拍個照 這些應該要在房客入住時將這些東西收好 不是很落實 櫃內有🪳 冰箱膠條周圍都是臟污黴斑 希望能再加強打掃衞生 但阿姨也不容易 所以不好的照片就不放了 加油
