房間很滿意，超出了我的預期。因為當晚入住很晚，小姐姐還特別貼心發了入住指南，耐心指導我們該怎麼走。還主動給我們升級了房型，而且住的地方就在火車南站對面，直線距離衹有五百米，樓下吃的也特別多，非常滿意的一次住宿。

公寓就在火車南站對面的陽光天地商場，管家提前就把入住訊息發我了，位置超好找的，管家小姐姐人非常nice，超級好説話，房間比較乾淨，隔音相對來説還算不錯啦！連續住了7天，整體來説所見即所得，就我自己定的這間房型來説性價比不錯的。

缺點：牙杯底好像有點不乾淨……電吹風熱風二檔開半分鐘就會過熱自動關掉，衹能用冷風或者很小的一檔熱風吹，女生來要吹很久，我吹了四十多分鐘……那個床幔有點礙事，感覺不如沒有
房間是loft分成兩半的，大門密碼鎖，樓上和樓下的小門用鑰匙鎖。以前住過樓下的房間，這次選了樓上，比較安靜，不過天花板比較矮，和樓下的房間比有點逼仄。各有優缺點吧！
優點：有冰箱和洗衣機，頂噴，一次性拖鞋浴巾，小包裝洗衣液。空調很涼，客服一直有及時回覆消息，提供的一次性浴巾質量很好不是劣質的那種。樓下就是商場，吃的喝的啥都有，還有小米之家。
離福州南站真的很近步行可以到達，不過趕時間的建議出站馬上打車，福州南出來要走地下通道，繞了一會兒才找到（這條和民宿無關）

一個人來到福州city walk，看了做了攻略看了很多家酒店，發現這家距離每個景點都很近出門就是地鐵口。裝修風格和我自己家一樣簡約大氣，環境也很好，收拾的很乾凈，總體來説還是不錯不錯的，關鍵是老闆姐姐還給我免費升級的房型🤗，一個人出門旅行我的很感動。老闆姐姐也很温柔，還給我安利旅遊攻略和福州美食！很高興在這個陌生的城市遇到這麼暖心的人。好評！

第一次來福州旅遊選擇了這家民宿，體驗感很好。第二次來福州出差果斷選擇花間。房間乾淨，寬敞，明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠，裏面還配備了很多一次性生活用品，連馬桶都配備了一次性馬桶套，對於潔癖黨來説簡直不要太舒心啦。而且還配備洗衣機，出行旅遊太方便啦。
