The service at this hotel is absolutely perfect. It was my first time visiting Changle, Fujian, and I ran out of Chinese currency, which made it difficult for me to have meals. Due to language barriers, I couldn't find a place to exchange money. I approached the front desk staff for help, and they were incredibly warm and welcoming. Despite the language barrier, they immediately pulled out their phone translator to communicate with me. They quickly took me to a bank to exchange money and even accompanied me there. They also kindly brought me to a restaurant downstairs and helped me order dishes, introducing me to some local cuisine. Throughout the meal, they checked on my preferences to ensure my satisfaction. This thoughtful service deeply impressed me with the hotel's sincerity and dedication.
In conclusion, my stay at the Atour Hotel was exceptional, and I cannot praise its service enough. Their professionalism, warm hospitality, and attentive care made my time in Changle, Fujian truly enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, hoping more people can experience such excellent service.

It's been more than a year since I last stayed here. I feel that many facilities are a bit old, but it can be seen that the maintenance is quite careful, and the price-performance ratio is still good. However, the mattress is a bit collapsed and I feel it's time to change it.

My parents said the facilities were average. There were no welcome snacks except two bottles of mineral water. The room was a bit old, the shower had low water pressure, the breakfast had few varieties and tasted average, but parking was quite convenient. There was only one KFC nearby.

As soon as I entered the store, the front desk was watching videos. I stood there for five minutes while he played for five minutes. I couldn't bear to disturb him because he was having so much fun.
