The service at this hotel is absolutely perfect. It was my first time visiting Changle, Fujian, and I ran out of Chinese currency, which made it difficult for me to have meals. Due to language barriers, I couldn't find a place to exchange money. I approached the front desk staff for help, and they were incredibly warm and welcoming. Despite the language barrier, they immediately pulled out their phone translator to communicate with me. They quickly took me to a bank to exchange money and even accompanied me there. They also kindly brought me to a restaurant downstairs and helped me order dishes, introducing me to some local cuisine. Throughout the meal, they checked on my preferences to ensure my satisfaction. This thoughtful service deeply impressed me with the hotel's sincerity and dedication.
In conclusion, my stay at the Atour Hotel was exceptional, and I cannot praise its service enough. Their professionalism, warm hospitality, and attentive care made my time in Changle, Fujian truly enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, hoping more people can experience such excellent service.

The hotel is relatively remote and close to the airport. It is surrounded by parks and no big shopping district. When we arrived at midnight, there was no food nearby. The hotel does not have supporting charging piles. There are a few slow chargers in the outer parking lot. I don't know if they work. There are charging piles farther away. The room facilities are complete and it is quite comfortable to live in. The room size is just right and the sound insulation effect is not bad. We were not disturbed even when all the rooms were full. It is really good. It is recommended to clean the corners again. The hotel has a lot of self-service breakfast categories, which can basically meet the needs of all ages. With such configuration, the price during the Spring Festival is reasonable.

Located in Binhai New Area, very quiet. Next to the lake, beautiful scenery, very convenient for running. The bedding is excellent, very comfortable. The breakfast is beyond imagination, not the kind of overbearing, but basically has everything you want. The waiters are all kind and friendly. The gym is good and parking is convenient.

The room is actually nice, the environment is good, and it is close to the airport. However, when I was having breakfast, I saw a very long hair in the toothpick bucket on the dining table. I reported it to the front desk when I checked out, but the front desk did not apologize, which was a bit disappointing.
