環境雜亂，衞生較差，在一個鴿子樓裏，雜物到處都是，床單被罩質量差都起了一大片球，衞生間小，洗手枱和牆面下半部分發黴了，5號鋪的女生好像是常住，東西堆了一堆，而且是在生病半夜一直連續咳嗽，咳嗽聲又大又粗狂，被吵醒了，開始一兩秒咳一下持續了幾十分鐘後來五秒到一秒咳一下然後又幾十分鐘一兩秒咳一下，就這樣持續四五個小時，我們其他人都被吵醒睡不着，幾個人都被吵的煩的不行，好幾個室友都無語得很，我們都是過了幾個小時才睡着的，第一次遇到這種事無語

1、位置優越交通便利，出門幾分鐘就走到了公交。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情不錯，個人覺得性價比蠻高。2、價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦，雖然裝修時間比較長，但是無異味，這點缺好是優點。3、性價比很高的房間非常乾淨 服務總枱 劉蘭 熱情服務。態度親切感 非常好 服務也非常到位。下次還會選擇這裏。

不好，不乾淨，還冷就是最普通的上下鋪，老闆太熱情，房間的人都在房間吸煙，素質都很差，尤其那個瘦的長頭髮帶戴鬍子的**人，又臟又**沒素質滿嘴**的味道説話很臟

首先呢，app裏的地址並不準，下高鐵就給“前台”打電話會少走很多冤枉路。第二就是普通的公寓，小區老化嚴重，但屋子裡比外面好。第三，鋪床單的時候抓到兩衹蟲子在床墊下木板上，我渾身發抖，有殺蟲劑，但覺得並不會有什麼用。第四，就是普通的上下鋪，除了床鋪、洗手間以外別的地方沒人收拾（我猜的）床是木頭的，上下床時下鋪好像在坐搖搖椅？畢竟價格擺在這了，還能求多好的環境呢。有預算就去住又衞生保障的吧！

就是大學宿舍的6人寢的樣子，還挺寬敞的，房間是獨立的，裏面有獨衞，還有小冰箱和小沙發，每來一個人被套都是新洗換的。老闆也很好很有耐心，另外我遇到的舍友特別好，有一個長租的姐姐，人特別好，有素質，看到我白天睡覺她都會小心不打擾我，人很好，住的蠻好的。位置是在晉安區的居民樓，去公交地鐵都是1公里以內，缺點的話就是老居民樓底下有點臟亂，不過房間裏挺好的，主要是舍友好。而且挺便宜的，下次有機會來福州會再住的。感覺就是回到了大學宿舍一樣。
