I have booked for non-smoking room cause i bring my child with me but they give me smoking room! Ah, so terrible. The elevator is smell of cigar, not kid friendly😢

I won't mention the service. There was no mineral water in the room. The power went out 3 times in one night. I basically didn't sleep all night. The elevator was out of power in the morning. I was in a hurry to catch the plane and walked down from the 9th floor with my suitcase. This is the worst hotel I have come across in recent years. Don't stay here.
