The front desk staff was very friendly, but the rooms were really disappointing. I changed two rooms, thinking they might be better. There were hair and other things on the table, not to mention the bathroom. I also didn't know what was on the floor! The quilts in every room were wet. When I lifted the quilt, the sheets weren't even flat, and there were a lot of wrinkles. It was a really bad experience! The room smelled really bad! I absolutely must avoid this place.

The provided bath towels and towels were tattered, worse than household dishcloths. Both had holes and cracked edges. Words alone are not enough, so I'll take a look at the photos.
