The apartment is just in front of the south railway station, very easy to reach and the host is available and very quick to respond to any request.
The bed linen and the table were very clean, but the bathroom could have used a better cleaning, there were hair everywhere and some residuals in the toilet from the previous guests.
The room was not well insulated, the windows leaked despite the tape applied on the window frame, therefore the room was as cold as outside (I think about 15° at night. The host kindly provided an extra blanket but this made the stay less comfortable.

It is quite clean, even tho somehow the washing machine say differently. But, the location is surely near the Fuzhou South Railway Station, which is the opposite of it. The landlord kind of unique in guiding you but his service is good. However the amenities surely limited.

The hotel is close to the Shinkansen station. It's a high-rise building. The rooms are clean and nice, and the surroundings are quiet, so you can sleep well at night. There's a large shopping center nearby, and plenty of places to eat.

The boss is very nice. The hotel is okay. The pillowcases and bath towels are all disposable. It's not bad. It's very close to Fuzhou South Railway Station. I recommend it to everyone. I wish this big bed room is good.

The room is great and the space is very large. It is very similar to a loft apartment in the city. It has a large window with a great view. There is a commercial street downstairs and one road away from the South Station. It is very good.

The room facilities are in place, the water heater has hot water 24 hours a day, and there is a microwave to heat things, but we didn't use it. The room is not very big and is close to the high-speed rail station. It is no problem for one night.
