The check-in process was easy and pleasant, and the staff's professionalism and patience were impressive. They answered every question meticulously, gave great suggestions, and helped me get everything organized quickly. The room is simply the perfect retreat. The space is spacious, warm and tastefully furnished. Every corner is spotless, the bed is soft and comfortable, the quilt is light and warm, and the pillows are of the right height, so a good night's sleep is not a problem. All facilities are complete and brand new, the bathroom is clean and bright, the toiletries are excellent, the hot water supply is sufficient and the water temperature is stable. The hotel's catering is a highlight, and the breakfast is beyond imagination. Fresh fruits, fragrant coffee, exquisite pastries, hot porridge, noodles and rice are all available. The waiters in the restaurant are kind and friendly. The price/performance ratio is also extremely high, and its price is very affordable under the same conditions. This is an outstanding hotel in every aspect and deserves to be experienced by everyone.

First of all, there is no so-called late-night warm stomach porridge. There is a strong musty smell as soon as you enter the room. The air conditioner is turned on to suppress the musty smell, and the temperature shows 20℃. The TV model source in the room is not connected. I studied it for a long time but couldn't figure it out. Later, the waiter came to help. He opened the cabinet door next to it with a disdainful look, unplugged the wire head and plugged it in again, saying "If it doesn't work, just unplug it and plug it in again." I am really speechless, with such facilities and equipment. Then there is the bathroom shower room. All the shower water flows out. It is because of the water retaining strip under the glass door and the poor drainage. In addition, the shower head can be used when it is turned on. Once it is turned off and the shower gel is applied, it turns around. When I want to rinse my hair, I can't find the shower head at all. The most complained thing is the bedroom light control. Either turn it off completely, without a night light, or turn on any light to sleep. It is obvious that the investors save money and did not hire a lighting consultant to do this. This kind of hotel with complete facilities but incomplete functions is the worst I have stayed in in recent years.

It’s my first time to stay here. The booking experience is very good. The location is great and it’s convenient to travel. The front desk and floor service staff are very enthusiastic. I’m very satisfied with the environment, hygiene, and catering (breakfast)! The front desk took the initiative to bring mineral water and souvenirs. The gift is so considerate! I will choose Yueshang Hotel again when I come to Fuzhou in the future.
