二十多層的高層賓館，地處撫州市中心，可見當初賓館的顯赫地位。賓館沒有地下停車場，但地面廣場車位充足。 雖説是老賓館，房間設施維護較好。

房間很大，晚上旁邊兜一圈買了飲料、熟食等回來吃，很爽！早餐有點偏辣的，咖啡不是現磨的，喜歡吃辣的人喜歡，五一節裏340的價格還是比較實惠的！

路過休整一晚選了這家酒店，服務很好，在一樓餐廳的中餐廳吃的晚餐，菜非常好吃也不貴！酒店後面就有充電樁，電車充電還是很方便。房間也夠大，270元還含了雙早，真是十幾年以來價格最優惠的五星級了！不過早餐沒美式咖啡有點遺憾！整體還是滿意的。性價比很高！

避坑指南：對豐富早餐有要求，早上要洗澡洗頭的，衞生方面有要求的，慎訂。因為在江西不想吃得太油膩，就衝著評論説早餐豐富訂了房，結果大失所望。衹有幾種水果，下個麪條，蒸玉米，南瓜，紅薯，連水煮蛋也沒有！最奇葩是房間早上沒有熱水！！！早上房間沒有熱水！！！至於服務態度嘛，人員好像都沒受過培訓，離五星酒店標準相差十萬裏。
