I booked this hotel on the recommendation of a good friend. I arrived and I was pleasantly greeted by the experienced and professional personnel, from the concierge to the front desk. I stayed for 4 nights and I must say I enjoyed all. It was a great pleasure after a heavy day to go to the swimming pool and spend a relaxing swim. The meal at the restaurant was good. The breakfast excellent. I only hope that more people occupy the surrounding areas.

The front desk service was amazing. Breakfast wash good but the room service was pathetic. Calls from the room for dinner went unanswered and hubby had to order food online from a convenience store!!!

The room is well equipped, but drinks need to be paid extra.
The soundproofing is not good, and I was woken up by the door cleaning at 9 o'clock in the morning.
The public area is large, and there is almost no air conditioning in the lobby, probably because it is off-season.
The executive lounge does not open on time, and the opening hours are not clearly marked.
