他和漢庭酒店共用一個大堂。酒店位置特別方便，距離十洋地鐵站約300米，地鐵站對面就是十洋國際城，是個大商場，商場裏面有好多吃飯的餐館，商場外就是十洋小鎮夜市。距酒店600米的地方就是著名的奎橋夜市。從十洋地鐵站去王母礁、下沙沙灘很方便（坐地鐵到萬壽，出口馬路對面有公交旅遊專線20多分鐘到達）。從十洋地鐵站去福州南、福州站都很方便。

半個月前就在平台定的大床房，不給保留，剩一個標間給我們，前台接待服務態度很差，不好好溝通，臉臭臭的説什麼不願意住可以退房，甩臉色，臉臭的跟我欠她500萬一樣，而且明明就漢庭酒店，還叫什麼超級8，定位也是不準確，多次打酒店電話都沒人接，設施算是齊全，但是入住體驗感極差！

導航到酒店，沒找到酒店，打聯繫電話，讓去對面漢庭辦入住，房間還挺大，不算新，但該有的都有。房間的電視開不了，打客服電話沒人接，去漢庭前台説這個酒店的人員休息了，也不歸他們管，就感覺沒有任何服務可言。但這個價格，住起來問題也不大。

感覺很糟，沒有招牌，地址不符，算不算廣告不實？滴滴車定位找不到地點，以致拖著行李走冤枉路。房間床頭燈壞了一盞，馬桶蓋螺絲少了一個。最糟的是住了三天，清潔人員連床單被子都不鋪。
