客棧老闆是一位帥哥，比較客氣！客棧裝修是小資情調，樓下的美食店很多，距離地鐵站也不遠！整體而言，是一家性價比很不錯的客棧！

房間與訂房是不符合，溝通過程中商家解釋：要在入住前跟店家説一下要的是哪個圖片的房間才可以，但是首頁或者詳情頁都並未説明這一特殊規則（説特殊是因為別的商家都沒有要求還要另外説，都是訂了哪一個就是哪一個）。我們定的是圖1，實際住的是圖2，協商過程中商家並沒有承認自己錯誤的意識和態度，説客户在入住前要先説好要哪一房間才可以，説會跟攜程這邊溝通看看是什麼情況，就是不承認是自己上傳圖片時出現的主觀或者客觀上的錯誤 最後的解決辦法是店家退給我們差價，然後第三題退房
協商之後商家保證會對上傳照片與實際不符的問題，以及未表明客户需要提前聯繫商家指定圖片房型的問題進行整改，然而距離溝通時間過去了二十天，商家仍未整改，往小了説是服務態度的問題，往大了説是否具有欺騙消費者的嫌疑？
商家比較擅長的是推卸責任與回懟，這點各位看看其他差評的回覆就可以驗證，大概回覆我也是差不多的態度 消費者偏好不同，這家帶給大家的性價比我不予認定，衹説出我自己的感受作為大家的參考
希望商家承認錯誤，及時整改

一開始進入房間，其實有點沒底，因為我第一眼就看到浴室那裡的地面和牆角脱皮掉落。但是後面簡單收拾，換上一次性床上四件套，打開投影，躺在床上看電影休息的時候，感覺好舒適安逸。感覺很適合學生羣體日常或旅行暫住，投影很實用。就是隔音不太好，外面的聲音房間裏聽的清清楚楚。不過對比同等價位的民宿來説，屬於中上等水平了，推薦👍下次到福州還會考慮👌

性價比是相當不錯的，老闆娘謙和有禮貌，對於小問題都會盡量幫忙。民宿的位置可能會不太好找，附近有很多大排檔但是也算鬧中取靜，門口的小亭子也收拾的挺雅緻，涼快一點的天氣來可能會更有趣一些。房內的硬裝修因為有些年頭啦，所以如果介意的寶要謹慎考慮哦，入住的房間是圓床，下回回來福州有機會會再光顧。

被單是破的，有蚊子，打死了好幾衹。老闆服務態度很好
衞生：還可以 剛進房間有點味道
設施：是民房所以沒有電梯

還是幫朋友訂的房，他們同學聚會，從倉山學區畢業的孩子都有首山情懷吧！來了就想住在學校旁、來了都要去逛逛學生街，緣宿比上一次更豐富了，乾淨衞生，老闆是爽快之人，總之有問題找店員，指路啊、好吃的啊、好玩的啊！
老闆在小院裏圍爐了一回，熱情邀請一起圍，天氣很好，星星在閃耀，圍爐煮茶，烤點花生（有好事發生）、烤桔子（大吉大利）、烤紅棗（早生貴子哈哈換一個早日發財，這句送給老闆啊）。
才剛離開就想念學生街的烤炤皮、章魚小丸子、四果湯還有牛雜湯，邊寫邊流口水，最好就是幾個好友一起，從街頭吃到街尾，保你不後悔！
都説人所有的不快樂，都來自間歇性躊躇滿志，持續性混吃等死。
既無法忍受目前的狀態，又沒有能力改變這一切，可以像衹豬一樣懶，卻無法像衹豬一樣懶得心安理得……
元宵一過，這年也就結束了，得努力工作好好賺錢啦！
加油啊2023的自己！
老闆下次再訂，再邀我圍爐啊！
