所在公寓位置很好，步行至三坊七巷5分鐘，步行至地鐵站3分鐘，樓下特色小吃店很多。室內空間很大，比連鎖酒店的最大的家庭房有餘，一家人入住很舒適，衞生條件好，晾衣服空間大，有冰箱方便存放食物。老闆人很好，交流順利，寄存行李方便出行。

這個房間很大。很舒服，採光特別好。像家裡一樣，關鍵地段好，離哪裡都近，樓下商店很多，房東也是非常不錯的，總之這是我在福州住過的，在三坊七巷旁邊的性價比最高的房間了，大家可以試試，真的很舒服❤️，打掃房間的大叔也是很好的，純樸善良❤️

房間乾淨，整體挺新的，且裏面有兩個床，1家3口睡着不擠。地理位置非常好，地鐵出站3分鐘可到達，樓下店也很多，且離三坊七巷很近，吃飯逛街很方便。最好的一點是，洗澡不用等熱水，一個洗完可以接着洗。

此房位置好，出門5分鐘到三坊七巷，樓下吃飯方便。交通較便利，房間面積不小，兩個雙人床，可住四人。感覺衞生狀況一般，儘管可能是洗過換的單子枕套，因為不是白色的，感覺不很乾凈，有點味兒，床頭是軟的織物床頭，客人經常頭靠上面，因此有頭髮。沒有一次性毛巾拖鞋。

民宿位置很好，交通便利，離三坊七巷很近，走過去沒多久，整個屋子很乾凈，設施齊全，有大大的落地窗和一個大飄窗，白天陽光很好，晚上夜景也很漂亮。智能門鎖入住便捷。

位置非常便捷，樓下就是各種小吃，點外賣配送也非常快速，房屋設定非常適合一家三口或四口居住，洗衣機爐灶都很好用，冬天開空調不冷

民宿位置很好找，我這個路痴也能很快找到，房間很大很乾凈，通風也好，洗衣服洗澡都很方便，最重要的是離婦幼真的很近，很方便！房東姐姐人很好，很有耐心！
