挺好的，有洗衣房（洗衣粉自備），位置很好找，靠近地鐵站，附近有便利店也有小吃。出遊很方便，入住需要按金，退卡退按金很快。福州很美。

房間很整潔，離上下杭一個多公里，散步就能到。
附近有便利店，還有不少有名氣的小館子，吃飯採辦都很方便。
離地鐵站不遠，附近還有多處公交車站，交通也很便利。

地理位置很好！靠近市區，去哪裡都挺方便！房間很小，空間有限，衞生要加強，硬件設施請老闆也加強，軟件設施還不錯！服務態度挺好的！整體來説性價比高！一分錢一分貨！
