通過小紅書推薦過來體驗入住酒店的，酒店有洗衣房，每個樓層電梯旁有洗衣機和烘乾機哦，使用時間為早8點到晚22點，房間設施很新，乾淨衞生，人性化服務，前台小姐姐也辦理入住也很快，早餐在2樓，有福州特色撈化，肉燕，自助早餐，還有健身房鍛鍊，強烈推薦大家體驗

酒店前台服務很好，我希望給我安排一個比較安靜的房間，前台主動給我升級了房間，非常滿意，初體驗一級棒，退房還送了小禮物，早餐也很舒適，比其他的連鎖酒店強N倍，下次還來住

福州火車站接站服務:自己開車 沒體驗過

服務：一般 定了一個293的影院房 300價位的房間 我讓送浴袍 他跟我説衹有套房才有 我打了兩次電話才説找一下給我送 床邊貼的酒店微信 説是有什麼意見可以提 我加過去説了話都不理我 房間浴室下水太慢 房間裏的燒水壺線太短了 我燒水還要拿杯子墊着 在前台叫開車門居然到了門口還要收費再次打了電話才開 退房時前台全程微笑讓我給好評並免了我六點之後收全天房費收了半天 本來想給一星的 衝著這個舉動我才給三星

附近有不少吃飯的地方，比較方便
前台服務一般，我住宿下單254元，酒店到賬245元，給我開245的發票？還要請示領導能不能開254發票，怎麼想的？平台扣你們服務費，意思就不給客户開下單金額了？？

酒店整體服務喝設施都還可以，房間面積稍小，但對得起價格。周邊吃飯地方很多，有停車場。房間不隔音，尤其是對着後院的房間，院子裏的飯店從上午放音樂一直到晚上十點，聲音很大。如果對噪音不敏感的可以考慮入住。服務人員很熱情。

有一説一停車方便，衞生過關，但是房間很小，和描述的面積實際出入，衞生間也是很小，衞生間沒衞生紙後來補了，洗澡洗一半發現洗髮露也沒有，衹有個空瓶，退房房卡給了前台，過後又打電話説我房卡沒有還，一切馬馬虎虎吧，早餐沒去吃不知實際情況不予評價，投影儀挺好用，不用開會員也能看新的電視劇。
