衞生較差，衞生間一股未清理乾淨的味道…
環境是沒有前台，窗子外面的空調機太吵了…
服務是沒啥…周圍付費地面隨便找的停車場，前台很小，酒店房間跟很多酒店共用的大樓…
設施簡單落地床，房間不大，保證一宿不露宿…
價格畢竟放在這，也不能要求什麼。
優勢吧，離三坊七巷倒也是不遠。

態度好👍，房間整潔👍，衞生不錯👍。最重要的是還有免費早餐吃👍，所以性價比還是不錯的。總不能拿一百多的錢要求一千多的服務和環境吧。

離協和醫院很近，過個馬路就到，看病問診首選。酒店在華榕廣場商住樓內，有好幾個賓館住宿，我覺得國珍酒店不錯，沒有像有的評論裏説的那樣不好，可能服務在不斷改進，這是大好事。沒有免費的停車，過夜收費要50元。

我是去參加福州馬拉松的，國珍商務酒店距離地鐵口就是一個路口之隔，酒店服務很好，環境衞生都不錯，酒店為我們參加馬拉松的人員，提早安排好了早餐，很不錯，交通方便。

酒店位置很不錯，靠近地鐵和三坊七巷老區域，性價比很不錯，還帶簡單的自助早餐，要表揚下做衞生的大叔，態度很好，做事也很積極，整體服務也不錯，有些問題，經過溝通之後也很好的處理，事後也做了比較處理，這點也要表揚，希望酒店越來越好吧

差評！差評！差評！一定要避雷這家，圖一是那個浴巾跟紙巾 看圖就知道了，圖二如果你想坐馬桶方便的話臉得懟在玻璃上才行，沒有一次性拖鞋就算了 那個吹風機啊 都已經用多久了 一點風都沒有 跟那個毛巾一樣多少年沒換過了，然後圖3圖4吧 是酒店用餐區也是酒店員工洗漱區，唉 140個字都不夠
