離南站很近，從窗户就能看到，樓下很熱鬧，跟前有個大商場，還趕上了陳氏祠堂的遊神，太震撼了，而且從窗户就能看，房間設施齊全，老闆給升級了一間大房子，很不錯👍

位置很好找，離高鐵站很近，樓下也有很多小吃，但是房間的隔音效果是真的不好，凌晨兩點左右有兩家人進來，吵得很，還在樓梯很大聲説話，導致一晚上都沒休息好。

一開始訂的的房間偏小到了才知道，然後加了錢升級一間大一點的。地理位置很好，福州南站出口出來對面就是了，晚上樓下有好多吃的路邊攤。衞生很一般，一分價錢一分貨！第二天想寄存行李又找不到店家（沒有前台的）衹能把行李繼續放在房裡直到回來拿行李前打電話給店家才接！

一分錢一分貨，老闆人很周到，但是房間隔音非常不好，而且是三個房共一個大門，半夜進了客人鬧得我們很久都沒睡着，起床跟他們打招呼才小了點聲音
