The room is quite spacious, although it is somewhat distant from the town center.

1) Location not near to any shopping centres within walking distance.
2) Not much choice for dining experience. Most restaurants already closed down. Left with 1 Chinese restaurant.
Their all day cafe is not open as stated on their signage.
Room dining menu options not much too.
3) Overpriced based on 5 star room standard. Only offer basis as compared to other 5 star hotels.
4) Should provide luggage stand. When the luggage place at the string area, no place to wear shoe.

The front desk service was very careful and upgraded the room for free, thank you 🙏. The suite is large, but not warm, and there are some unsatisfactory aspects. 1. There are bath towels used by others on the lounge chair on the terrace. 2. There are large gaps around the door, and traces of repairs are spotted. 3.
