Sheraton Fuzhou Hotel

The air conditioner is not hot, you need to wear a down jacket in the room, the service is poor, and guests are not reminded to enter the license plate when checking in. This is the first time I have seen such a bad Sheraton. The only good review is for the river view

The front desk service was very careful and upgraded the room for free, thank you 🙏. The suite is large, but not warm, and there are some unsatisfactory aspects. 1. There are bath towels used by others on the lounge chair on the terrace. 2. There are large gaps around the door, and traces of repairs are spotted. 3. The large mirror in the bathroom has the function of projecting the screen of the abandoned TV, but the red power dot is on, which makes people feel uncomfortable. 4. The mini bar also feels perfunctory, and the things are not there, similar to Home Inn. 5. The big brother at the door has no sense of service, speaks and behaves coldly, and the initial image is not very good. 6. The room is large but the TV is old and small, which I don’t understand. I won’t consider it next time

The hotel is located a little far from the city center, surrounded by restaurants and commercial centers, next to Lianjiang River, with beautiful night views, convenient parking, rich breakfast, and a good environment. In short, it is a very satisfactory accommodation experience.

We stayed for 2 nights during the Spring Festival. As an international brand star hotel, the service and quality are really worrying. The following are the actual situations we encountered: 1. The sewer was obviously blocked on the first night. We waited for the engineering department to come to verify. After a period of confirmation, we arranged to change rooms. The response and handling ability is really poor. 2. When I woke up in the new room in the morning, the room was full of smoke. I used the room phone to contact the front desk as soon as possible, but no one answered (I have never encountered a situation where I could not contact the front desk customer service). I tried many times but failed. I could only find a phone number on the Internet and call it with my mobile phone before someone came. 3. I reported the smoke problem. The hotel provided an air purifier and window opening plan, but it didn't work in the end. 4. I was awakened by the thick smoke in the early morning and morning of the day of departure, which caused headaches, sore throats, and chest pains. After contacting the front desk, the duty manager came to verify. He actually said it was moldy at the first time. I felt sorry for the employees working in such an environment. No wonder they all had rhinitis. 5. After breathing in the second-hand smoke for a night, I felt unwell and had no appetite. The solution proposed by the hotel was a lunch as compensation. Are you kidding? There is no sincerity at all, which is really ridiculous. 6. The hotel management allows guests to smoke at will, and does not care about the feelings of other guests. It is recommended that pregnant women, the elderly, children, and those who are allergic to smoke avoid this hotel for their own health. 7. The evidence is uploaded to the relevant national platform for complaints at the same time. The hotel has major management negligence, ignores safety hazards such as fire, and the smoke sensors and air quality detection are useless.
