衞生：表揚中班的福州大姐，對客人很關心，服務很周到。總體來説，保潔大姐們素質都不錯
環境：大堂布置雅緻，有點檀香，放古風輕音樂，氛圍還是令人放鬆的。周邊生活方便，不好的地方就是被老舊小區包圍，居民生活噪音在白天時段會比較打擾休息
服務：總體不錯，前台的幾位帥哥都很好説話，我覺得本次入住還是滿意的

垃圾酒店，四百塊一點不值得，酒店周圍全是居民樓，窗户都不敢開，啥服務沒有，拖鞋是那種很垃圾的拖鞋，連一個洗澡的拖鞋都沒有，一次性的拖鞋衹有 女士能穿，定了兩晚，空調還是壞的，開關沒用，一直是 24 度.小孩都凍到了，面板一點用沒有，關都關不了，衹能拔卡，和打掃阿姨説，她還嘲笑我們不蓋被子，晚上 十一點淋浴都沒有熱水，第二天晚上又找前台修空調，前台説他們的空調就是這樣的，不能夠調温度，如果想覺得冷就調暖風模式。是調到暖風模式還是很冷。真的垃圾，一點不值得 400

酒店有温泉水直接到浴室，方便又簡單泡温泉，樓下有一家海鮮飯店，客房服務就比較簡單。酒店位於水部地鐵附近而A出口就在對面但是需要步行上比較多的梯級而D出口有電梯雖然稍微遠一點也是在大馬路上。

雙床房滿了，前台要求在前台下單，臨時漲價。
之前出差每次都住這家，以後不會再住，
