很乾凈，沒有異味，洗漱用品齊全，隔音好。洗浴方便，沐浴液充足。空調安靜。服務員很客氣。沒定早餐，不知道早餐情況。大廳比較寬敞，整潔。

提前訂的房間，晚到了前台有提前打電話問。辦理入住的時候已經是晚上9點，前台小姐姐人特別好，有提前告知5樓有一個房間再裝修，沒有影響到我休息。店再路口，但是窗户一關，感覺隔音效果還是很不錯的。很舒心！

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳環境優美 ，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務好，辦理入住快，前台小姐姐服務也很熱情，還幫我免費延時退房，出行也很方便旁邊就是地鐵口，衞生乾淨整潔，會推薦朋友來住這家！

地理位置好， 離西湖公園近，周邊吃的店很多，離地鐵口很近。
酒店設施不好，衞生間和馬桶外面是透明玻璃，極其不方便。水壓不夠洗澡不舒服。
