位置：似乎比預想的離達道地鐵站要遠一點，騎車的話不到十分鐘，步行估計要20分鐘左右。
入住：很方便，老闆提前發的提示很容易就找到了。
小區環境：小區整體環境可以，不過感覺這個小區人口密度還挺大的，晚上出入的人很多，人相對比較雜。我們住的當天晚上旁邊那屋有點吵。
周邊：吃飯很方便，早點、夜宵都走幾步就到。
屋內：客廳的面積沒有圖片上看到的那麼大哈，我們是五個人入住，都在客廳的時候會略顯擁擠。照片應該是凱的廣角，所以看起來要比實際更大。
整體還是可以的，性價比蠻高。

房間樓上樓下公寓，比較便利，密碼房鎖。乾淨衞生，生活用品齊全。唯一要提的是對於自駕的人不友好，沒有停車位，周邊也不好停，住了兩天，三次停車費200左右。。。

都挺好的，床鋪乾淨，面積也大，性價比高，就是提一個小缺點，衞生間洗澡的門有點日久失修了，還是處理一下吧。
