1. When we arrived there were no one to help with our luggage
2. The hotel’s car park is not easily accessible as many cars are parked at the entrance of the car park!
3. There were many guests in this hotel who are drunk and the lift smell of alcohol.
4. The lighting in the lift is very dim.. time to change the light bulb.
5. The shower head in the room was damaged! Really poor maintenance!
3. In the room there are no air conditioning! The room was at 28 degC
4. During breakfast at about 9:45am, while we were still looking for a seat in the restaurant, the hotel duty manager was already helping herself to the breakfast. According to the other waitresses, the duty manager always have breakfast daily at the restaurant..

酒店裝修很獨特，也很大氣，五一節假日雖然人很多，但前台還是很友好熱情，入住期間雖然遇到一些小插曲，但是很人性化的幫忙處理了，下次有朋友來住還是會選擇這家酒店。

在撫州，酒店應該是為數不多的五星級酒店了，酒店的地理位置不錯，有很大的地下停車場，住店客人免費，地庫可以直達客房。早餐供應時間長，品種豐富。房間乾淨整潔，有浴缸，可以泡澡。因為酒店較大，五一期間客人很多，顯得有些嘈雜，人多的時候感覺服務有些跟不上。總體是滿意的，下次來撫州還會考慮再次入住。

因為工作經常來撫州出差，對這家酒店好感度很高，每次來到撫州依然選擇了這裏，服務熱情周到，房間寬敞整潔，交通也很便利，門口左轉步行十幾分鍾就到大型商場，酒店早餐品種挺多的，反正基本也都能滿足，小蛋糕看似普通但味道還真的有點意外的好[愛心]
