1. When we arrived there were no one to help with our luggage
2. The hotel’s car park is not easily accessible as many cars are parked at the entrance of the car park!
3. There were many guests in this hotel who are drunk and the lift smell of alcohol.
4. The lighting in the lift is very dim.. time to change the light bulb.
5. The shower head in the room was damaged! Really poor maintenance!
3. In the room there are no air conditioning! The room was at 28 degC
4. During breakfast at about 9:45am, while we were still looking for a seat in the restaurant, the hotel duty manager was already helping herself to the breakfast. According to the other waitresses, the duty manager always have breakfast daily at the restaurant..
