特別滿意的一次入住體驗，酒店的衞生狀況非常讓人滿意，房間衞生乾淨整潔沒有異味，讓人感覺十分舒適，續住打掃也很及時，工作人員都很熱情友善，房間整體設施也很新都配備齊全，整體環境非常讓人滿意，酒店的地理位置非常好，交通便利，下樓幾分鐘就可以到達地鐵站，出行很方便，周邊商場，餐館都有，購物用餐都很方便

* 酒店環境舒服，服務態度幾好。
* 沖涼水壓夠大，熱水供應穩定。
缺點：
* 有啲房係榻榻米床，唔係個個客都鍾意，搞到可選嘅房唔多。
* 酒店離地鐵站有啲遠，行路要成20分鐘，交通唔係幾方便。
* 早餐選擇唔多，未必滿足到唔同客人口味。
* 最大問題係酒店近馬路，好嘈，影響客人休息。
建議：
* 將所有榻榻米床換成普通床，迎合更多客人需求。
* 早餐款式可以多啲，滿足唔同客人口味同營養需要。
* 加裝隔音窗或者隔音材料，減少馬路噪音對客人嘅影響。

之前住過星程，所以這次也選星程。房間很好，工作人員都很熱情。保潔阿姨每天打掃都很及時乾淨。住的是背靠小區那一面，比較安靜。

華住會的酒店就是質量有保障，住過很多次星程，這次來福州也是首選，前台小哥哥很負責，還幫我們介紹附近景點，房間也很大很舒服，酒店就在路邊，打車也方便。早餐他家雞絲湯細麪很好吃，種類不多但是早餐夠吃了。
