The waiter should confirm the room type conditions that the customer wants. On the day of check-out, I had problems getting a taxi to the airport. I asked the counter waiter to help me get a taxi. She helped me quickly. I paid her in cash first. I am very grateful for the waiter's hospitality. The hotel room was very clean. Facilities: There is only one charging head in a twin room. How can two people charge at the same time? The original intention of the design is just a problem. There is no humanized design. It feels like it is not accepted by Huazhu standards! There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk. Even if you said there is no emergency phone in the bathroom, there is not one in the room. When I called the front desk, I was hung up on... Environment: Parking is convenient, but there is noise outside the window of the room on the inside. I don’t know how it is caused. The only bright spot is a male receptionist with a certain sense of service and attitude. He must be a newbie, but he has been spending so much time with the waitress in the same class that he is going to waste a newbie. This Ctrip score of 4.8 should be generated through abnormal means.
