我衹能説還沒住過這麼爛的酒店。。我定的是1.8的大床房，看我是一個人入住，就給了我一個小間，床1.6都不到，和前台説了她才給我換。。但我定了什麼房間不就應該給我什麼房型嗎？？！而不是我再去換！
然後給我換了一間，結果鎖是壞的！！因為我發現的時候是晚上想鎖門的時候了，這也太危險了，一晚上都心驚膽戰的不敢睡！！！防盜鏈也沒有，鎖還是壞的，外面一刷卡就進來了，別提有多恐怖了！！
今天設備都很舊，水龍頭半夜漏水把我吵醒了，不是漏一點點，而是就和有人洗澡一樣，別提多恐怖了，體驗感真的超級無敵差！！！
空調的控制麪也是壞的！這咋調温度？？？總之體驗感很差！！！！！！！不建議來住啊，性價比及低

1.銷售欺詐，攜程上成功預訂了後酒店打電話過來説攜程搞錯了原定的房間沒有了，幫忙協調。
2.協調變成了恩澤雲睿酒店207無窗房，房價實際價格100-300元。實際本人付款價格1650元，原價近10倍的差價。
3.207房間靠近電梯，隔音超差，無法入睡。
4.房間床被單床墊帶血跡，有傳染病感染風險。
